#2 Research Journal: Engineering SORB Test Impact Analysis on Car Glass
Papyruss Business Consultancy was hired to document and model the impact analysis of the SORB Test on the luxury car glass. This technical report focuses on evaluating the performance of the Kia Picanto's glass under controlled impact conditions, providing valuable insights into its resilience and safety features.
As the technical report documenter and test researcher, we meticulously captured and analyzed data from the SORB Test, specifically focusing on the impact to the glass. Our responsibilities included:
Recording key metrics such as acceleration, deformation, and displacement using advanced data acquisition systems and state-of-the-art sensors.
Creating detailed models to visualize the impact scenarios and assess the glass's structural integrity.
Providing a comprehensive technical report that outlines the findings and implications for automotive safety standards.
The primary goal was to understand the glass response to different crash scenarios, ensuring a thorough evaluation of its safety performance. This analysis helps manufacturers identify strengths and weaknesses, leading to improved engineering practices and enhanced occupant safety.
The findings from this project contribute to the continuous improvement of automotive safety standards and aid in the development of future vehicle designs. By understanding the impact on the Kia Picanto's glass, manufacturers can refine their engineering approaches and ensure better protection for occupants in potential collision scenarios.

#3 Documenting Training on Organizing Women Migrant Workers in ASEAN
Papyruss Business Consultancy was tasked with documenting a 5-day virtual training event focused on organizing women migrant domestic workers in the ASEAN region. This event was sponsored by the ASEAN Trade Union Confederation (ATUC) in collaboration with the International Labor Organization's (ILO) ACTRAV, TRIANGLE in ASEAN, and Safe and Fair Programme. As the documenter, we captured key discussions, presentations, and activities throughout the training. The sessions addressed challenges faced by women migrant workers, such as workplace violence, harassment, gender equality, and social protection.
The training aimed to enhance participants' ability to support and organize female migrant workers. Participants developed action plans to increase ATUC's membership and promote gender equality and women's empowerment.
By the end of the training, participants gained a deeper understanding of labor migration in ASEAN, developed practical action plans, and learned from the successful experiences of other unions. This documentation will aid ATUC and its affiliates in reviewing and building upon the knowledge and strategies discussed during the event.
